If you know other families that are participating and would like to be paired with them please type names in here. Parents who have registered multiple players will automatically be placed on the same team. If there is a unique situation and would like siblings to be split up you may enter that request here. We can accommodate the same practice time but still be placed on different teams. Any other requests may be entered here as well.
